Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 689, effective October 29, 1999, as amended by Resolution No. 867, effective December 18, 2002, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of consultants to assist the City of Pittsburgh with the technical and financial aspects of the Cable Communications franchise renewal process; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by increasing the total project allocation by $23,000 from $85,579.14 to $108,579.14.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 689, effective October 29, 1999, as amended by Resolution 867, effective December 18, 2002, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of consultants to assist the City of Pittsburgh with the technical and financial aspects of the telecommunications franchise renewal process, at a cost not to exceed Eighty Five Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy Nine Dollars, Fourteen Cents ($85,579.14) payable from the following accounts:

"The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of consultants to assist the City of Pittsburgh with the technical and financial aspects of the telecommunications franchise renewal process, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy Nine Dollars, Fourteen Cents ($108,579.14) chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
