Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Corporate Security Investigations, Inc. ("CSI") for expert investigative and consulting services, cost not to exceed $2,000.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are authorized, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Corporate Security Investigations, Inc. ("CSI") to provide professional consultant services and expert advice regarding appropriate police conduct at a cost not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars and no cents ($2000.00) chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53529.240000.2014. The Professional Services Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
