Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the Vacant Lot Cleanup and Maintenance Program, beginning January 1, 2004 and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts in a form approved by City Solicitor, for professional services for the Vacant Lot clean up services, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand ($150,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Account 527900, Fund 1000, Org. 430000, Sub-Class 150, Budget Year 2004, Property Management, Department of Public Works.
