Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with City Source Associates for grounds keeping and land maintenance services for properties owned by the three taxing bodies, for a sum not to exceed Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00) over one year, with two optional one year extensions, and for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with City Source Associates for grounds keeping and land maintenance services for properties owned by the three taxing bodies, for a sum not to exceed Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00) over one year, with two optional one year extensions.
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
$450,000.00 from 1070876500.54201.00
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
