Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Acting City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into a Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of  Cycom Data Systems, Inc., to maintain and upgrade the CityLaw Computer program on the City of Pittsburgh Department of Law's computer system at a cost not to exceed $9,812.00 (Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twelve Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class 150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2007.
