Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for the construction of the Sheridan Skateboard Park project. Cost not to exceed twenty one thousand eight hundred sixty five dollars ($21,865.00) of City bond. The total cost shall be chargeable to and payable from Account 600000, Fund 5100, Organization 500000, Subclass PGHPR, Project/Grant #2214703, Budget Year 2002 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
 
 
Is hereby repealed in its entirety.
