Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from Paula Pranka of a canine valued at Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00) to be deployed to the City of Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Canine Unit.
