Title
Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with Ballfield Light Replacement; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed $150,000.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements and for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with Ballfield Light Replacement at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00 chargeable to the following accounts:
