Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, for the hiring of a Pennsylvania Non-profit Environmental Organization known as the Pennsylvania Resource Council (PRC) to develop, institute and administer a public education campaign in conjunction with the City's Recycling Program at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand $100,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the Solid Waste Trust Fund, Fund 2870 , Org. 430000, Sub-Class 600, Account 525500, Budget Yr. 2001.
