Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Three Dollars and Seventy-Two Cents ($2,443.72) in favor of Donald S. McPherson, Labor Arbitrator, PO Box 638, Indiana, PA 15701-0638 for arbitration services provided in the matter of the /Fraternal Order of Police, Ft. Pitt Lodge No. 1/City of Pittsburgh (Call Out Overtime Dispute, Grievance #14-032) and charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2015.
