Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with CivicPlus to provide permitting and scheduling enterprise software, at a cost not-to-exceed Ninety-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($93,947.50) over three (3) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1: The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with CivicPlus to provide permitting and scheduling enterprise software, at a cost not-to-exceed Ninety-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($93,947.50) over three (3) years.
