Resolution amending Resolution No. 176, 185 effective April 2, 2002, entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations, for operational/administrative and various other expenses at a cost not to exceed $141,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Parks and Recreation's General Fund Grant Account (Parks Grants)" by making various changes and adding Miss Black Teenager $1,000, Beltzhoover Browns $5,000, Market House AA $2,500, Bishop Leonard AA $2,500, African American Workers Union $1,000, Hand-in-Hand $1,000, and Champions Assoc. $500.00 $1,000.00, increasing the total amount from $141,000.00 to $154,500.00 $155,000.00

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 176, 185 effective April 2, 2002, entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations, for operational/administrative and various other expenses at a cost not to exceed $141,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Parks and Recreation's General Fund Grant Account (Parks Grants)" by making various changes and adding Miss Black Teenager $1,000, Beltzhoover Browns $5,000, Market House AA $2,500, Bishop Leonard AA $2,500, African American Workers Union $1,000, Hand-in-Hand $1,000, and Champions Assoc. $500.00 $1,000.00, increasing the total from $141,000.00 to $154,500.00 $155,000.00, as follows:
SECTION 2. The Director of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations, for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment and/or minor rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, and further, authorizing various City departments to enter into contract(s) ...
