Title

Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the purchase of fire training/rescue equipment for the Fire Bureau at a cost not to exceed Ninety Eight thousand Eight Hundred and seven dollars ($98,807) and providing for the payment thereof.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Acting Director of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, for the purchase of fire training/rescue equipment for the Fire Bureau.  The total shall not exceed Ninety Eight thousand Eight Hundred and seven dollars ($98,807) chargeable to and payable from Account 544700, Fund 6100, Organization 250000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Budget Year 2006, Project/Grant #2267333, Bureau of Fire, Department of Public Safety.
