Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to issue a quit claim deed for property, in the 20th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Block 19 D, Lots 135 & 139, known as 130 & 132 Steuben Street, to West Pittsburgh Partnership, for the sum of $5,000.00.

WHEREAS: The City of Pittsburgh owns certain property in the 20th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh; and
WHEREAS: Said property is no longer needed by the City of Pittsburgh, and
WHEREAS: West Pittsburgh Partnership has submitted a proposal to purchase said property upon certain terms and conditions;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the proper officers of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute
and deliver a Quit Claim deed, in form approved by the City Solicitor, conveying the following described property.
