Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for Winter Traffic Services, Five year agreement, for the period beginning October 15, 2006 and ending April 30, 2011, providing winter maintenance of State roads within City limits.
