No 2:13-cv-1900 and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Four Dollars ($7,204.00) in favor of Carole Katz, LLC, 411 Seventh Avenue, Suite 1425, Pittsburgh, PA 15219-1905, for Mediation Services provided in the civil action, McNeilly vs. City of Pittsburgh, filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania at C.A. No 2:13-cv-1900 and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
