Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Pittsburgh Foundation to document a voluntary commitment from nonprofit organizations to provide financial assistance to the City for the years 2012 and 2013.
