Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That Resolution No. 728 of 2002 entitled, Resolution providing for an agreement or agreements or contract or contracts by and between the City of Pittsburgh and the Allegheny County Department of Elections for use of equipment and technical services supplied to the City of Pittsburgh for the purpose of implementing the 2002 special election in City Council District 9 for the benefit of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh at a cost not to exceed $60,000.00.
