Title
Resolution granting unto the Green Development, Inc., 80 Union Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15202, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a private sanitary sewer and a private storm sewer line in the right-of-way of Windom Street in the 17th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That the Green Development, Inc., 80 Union Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15202, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a 15" private storm sewer with manhole, 41 feet in length; described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the southerly right of way line of Windom Street, variable width, said point being N 05° 41' 28" W a distance of 26.76 feet from a point at the line dividing Lot 1 in the Sota Plan of Lots as recorded in the Allegheny County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book Volume 236, Pages 3 and 4, said point common to the southerly side of Windom Street and lands now or formerly of John Kawa, et ux; thence from said point of beginning through Windom Street S 81° 14' 14" E a distance of 18.0 feet, more or less, to the center of a manhole; thence continuing through same N 40° 42' 54" E a distance of 22.5 feet, more or less, to the centerline of an existing fifteen inch P.V.C. sewer;

A private 6" sanitary sewer with manhole, 53 feet in length; described as follows:
