Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into contract and hire consultant, Studio Bryan Hanes, to develop a master plan for South Side Park. The park master plan should be executed for a sum not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($80,000.00). This cost includes community outreach, inventory/analysis, plan alternatives, and final master plan.

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
