Resolution providing for a Lease Agreement or Agreements, or an extension of lease agreement and/or agreements with 564 Forbes Associates L.P. for space, together with the right to use in common with others the common area in the Manor Building, 564 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, for a term of three (3) years and providing for the payment thereof.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of the Department of General Services, and the Department of Law, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a lease agreement or agreements or an extension of lease agreement and/or amendment to lease agreement with 564 Forbes Associates L.P. in form approved by the City Solicitor for the leasing of approximately 5,161 square feet of office space together with the right to use in common with others the common areas in the building known as the Manor Building, 564 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for a term of three (3) years at an annual rent not to exceed the following: Lease Year One: $68,383.25; Lease Year Two: $ 70,396.04; Lease Year Three: $72,512.05 for the purposes of securing space to be used for administrative functions by the Department of Law, Office of Municipal Investigations, subject to and contingent upon the annual appropriation by City Council for funds as stated in the Agreement of Lease, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
