Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $26,000.00 warrant in favor of James D. Celio, c/o James E. Budzak, esquire, Gaydos, Gaydos, & associates, 1223 Long Run Road, White Oak, Pennsylvania 15131-2034, in full and final settlement of a contract dispute on or about November 8, 1999, charging same to code account 46, index code 004646, fund 1000, sub 170, account 582200, org. 9992000, budget year 2001.
