Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 751, effective December 2, 1997 entitled "Providing for the filing of a Community Development Statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 1987 Community Development Block Grant Program", so as to reprogram funds from the Department of Engineering & Construction to the Department of Public Works (Street Resurfacing).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 751, which presently reads as follows:
Section 2. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 1987 Community Development Block Grant Program.
