Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Houston-Starr Company, in the amount of $2,748.12, for the purchase of building materials in connection with the upgrade of the new DPW 3^rd Division Maintenance Building, located on Swinburne Street; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof; charging the same to the following account(s):
