Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and/or the Director of Public Works are hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of PPW Industrial in the amount of Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and Ninety Cents ($8,946.90), to purchase equipment for use in remediation of graffiti across the city.

                     

Funds are available in the GRAFFITI TRUST FUND line item:
