Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of General Services and Finance to enter into a right-of-way agreement with Duquesne Light Company in connection with electrical service for the Lincoln-Larimer Community Center in the 12th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh. 

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of General Services and Finance are authorized to enter into a Right-of-Way Agreement with Duquesne Light Company granting the right to construct and maintain an overhead and underground electrical service system for the Lincoln-Larimer Community Center on land owned by the City of Pittsburgh and the right to occupy and use as part of the underground system a conduit and transformer pad provided by the Kingsley Association.  The Right of Way Agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
