Resolution amending Resolution No. 53 of 2021, which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority for the performance of work related to the 2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant Program, by re-aligning funding across three deliverables to fit programmatic needs, at no additional cost to the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution No. 53 of 2021, entitled "Resolution amending Resolution No. 279 of 2020, effective June 26, 2020, entitled, "Resolution amending Resolution No. 560 of 2019, effective September 1, 2019, entitled 'Resolution providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the performance of certain work in connection with the 2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant Program, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed $4,558,960.00 (Council Districts: All),' by including additional Emergency Small Business Support, Housing Stabilization Program, and URA Project Delivery deliverables pertaining to small business development, tenant assistance, homeowner assistance, and URA personnel, raising the total cost thereof to the amount not to exceed $11,905,823.00" by including an additional Economic Development & Housing [Bry Mard Apartments (East Hills) - HVAC Systems (Corrected)] line item for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 and an increase to the Tenant Assistance (Housing Stabilization Program) line item by an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00, raising the total cost thereof to the amount not to exceed $14,155,823.00 (Council Districts: All)." is hereby amended as follows:
