Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and Two Cents ($6,857.02) in favor of Diane and Ronald J. Bawkey c/o Robert Peirce & Associates, P.C., 2500 Gulf Tower, 707 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, a warrant in the sum of Nine Hundred Eighteen and 08/100 Dollars ($918.08) in favor of the City of Pittsburgh, Treasurer, and a warrant in the total sum of Seven Hundred Twenty-Four and 90/100 ($724.90) in favor of Jordan Tax Service releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from all claims of liability and damages as described in the civil action filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2019 11101.108000.58.58105.2019.
