Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with Miryam's and North Side Common Ministries for administrative, operating and/or renovation costs for the shelters under the State Emergency Shelter Grant Program, at a cost not to exceed $67,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor with Miryam's and North Side Common Ministries for the payment of administrative, operating and/or renovation costs for shelters serving the homeless under the State Emergency Shelter Grant Program, at a cost not to exceed $67,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the S.ES.G.P. Account No. 566100-2640-110000-S2003-G225014-2003.
Section 2. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
