Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts, and further authorized to purchase materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the relocation of the DPW Third Division Complex, at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
