Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the transfer to URA of an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) to be used for resident participation in the master planning of the Liberty Park redevelopment, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
