Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized to enter into an Agreement with the Pittsburgh Public Schools to provide prevention and intervention services to gang involved youth or youths who could become involved with gangs at a cost not to exceed $110,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following Youth Policy Trust Fund 2481, Subclass 600, Account 526125, Org. No. 210000, BY 2005. The Agreement shall be approved in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
