Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with CommonWealth Press for services relating to the design, production, and marketing, and sale of officially licensed and branded City of Pittsburgh merchandise.

Revenue received as a result of said Agreement or Agreements shall be deposited to the following account:

11101.102200.43.43905

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
