Resolution providing for the issuance of a warrant in favor of Dominion Peoples in the amount of $2,186.00 for the installation of a new underground gas line to serve the Visitor's Center following historic restoration; and providing for the payment thereof.

Body

Be it resolved that the council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Dominion Peoples in the amount of $2,186.00 for the installation of a new underground gas line to serve the Visitor's Center following historic restoration, charging the same to Account 600000, Fund 5100, Org 301000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project/Grant 2245000, Budget Year 1999.
