Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $5,150.00 warrant in favor of The Board of Public Education, c/o Robert J. Stefanko, 341 S. Bellefield Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, in settlement of a claim in which claimant's fence was damaged due to a City ES truck, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2001.
