Resolution amending Resolution 270 of 2026 authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Robert Mahouski and their legal counsel, Samuel J. Cordes & Associates, for a single payment in 2026 in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars and Sixty-Four cents ($108,296.64), in full and final settlement of litigation filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at No. GD 25-014112 and the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at EEOC Charge No. 533-2021-01109.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Robert J. Mahouski and his legal counsel, Samuel J. Cordes & Associates, for a single payment in 2026 in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars and Sixty-Four cents ($108,296.64), as payment in satisfaction of the terms evidenced by the Private Agreement executed on the 4th day of August, 2023, and for the full and final closure of litigation filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at No. GD 25-014112, charging and payable from 11101.108000.58.58105.2026.
Section 2. The payment shall be allocated as follows:
(i) Sixty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Three Dollars ($64,603.00) issued to Robert Mahouski.
(ii) Forty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Sixty-Four cents ($43,693.64) issued to Samuel J. Cordes & Associates.
