Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into one-year reimbursement agreements with six local youth sports organizations at a total cost not to exceed NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($90,000.00) over one year.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into reimbursement agreements with six local youth sports organizations. All monies shall be paid from the Stop the Violence Trust Fund, JDE account 2100247700.53907.00 over one year.
Section 2. The selected qualified organizations are listed below:
Eastside Community Sports Program $15,000.00
Hazelwood Cobras $15,000.00
Hill District Rebels $15,000.00
Lincoln Rams Youth Activities $15,000.00
The Way Organization/South Side Bears $15,000.00
West Side Mustangs Youth Athletic Association $15,000.00
TOTAL $90,000.00
Section 3. Said agreements or amendments thereto will be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
