Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 232, effective April 25, 2002, which currently reads as follows:

“Section 1 of Resolution No. 976, effective January 1, 1996, which presently reads as per Attachment 1, is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.”

Is hereby repealed in its entirety.
