Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from Mast-Jägermeister US of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) to support the City of Pittsburgh Bureau of Emergency Medical Services with its community CPR program and to buy bleeding control kits for schools and public centers for which the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services conducts classes. Donated monies shall be deposited into the General Fund account 11101.220000.56.56151.
