Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Safety and the Fire Chief on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, for the purchase of SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) equipment and accessories.  The total shall not exceed One Million, Seventy Seven thousand, Ninety three dollars and Fourteen cents ($1,077,093.14) ($1,077,093.16) chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
