Resolution amending Resolution 519 of 2025 which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney PC for legal consulting services in connection with complex real property litigation and related matters, by increasing the contract amount by Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000) for a new not to exceed amount of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000) over one (1) year.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 519 of 2025, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements thereto with Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney PC for legal consulting services in connection with complex real property litigation and related matters, for an amount not-to-exceed Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) over one (1) year” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements and amendments thereto, with Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney PC for legal consulting services in connection with complex real property litigation and related matters, by adding an additional Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000), for a new amount not to exceed One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000), charging to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto are approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 3. Any resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed in so far as the same affects this Resolution.
