Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Project and License Agreement with the Mount Washington Community Development Corporation pursuant to which the MWCDC will provide invasive plant removal and revegetation along portions of the face of Grandview Avenue.  The form and substance of the Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the City Solicitor.
