Title
Resolution authorizing the City Clerk to enter into a professional services contract(s), or use of existing professional services contract(s) with a consultant or consultants to provide professional services to Pittsburgh City Council for the purpose of including, but not limited to financial advisory, legal or various technical services.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The City Clerk and the City Controller, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract(s) or use of existing contract(s) with a consultant or consultants to provide professional services to Pittsburgh City Council for the purpose of including, but not limited to financial advisory, legal or various technical services at an annual cost not to exceed $70,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Organization 101200, Sub Class 150, BY 2001, Account 525500, City Clerk.
NOTE: I do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance duly engrossed and certified, was delivered by me to the Mayor for his approval of disapproval and that the Mayor failed to approve or disapprove the same, whereupon it became law without his approval, under the provisons of the Act of the Assembly in such case made and provided.
