Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto with Duquesne Light Company at no cost to the City.

 

Section 2.                     The agreements or agreements and amendments thereto are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.
