Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Lucas Land Surveying, Inc. in an amount not to exceed six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,500), in payment of surveying services in the Department of Parks and Recreation; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 500000, Subclass 150, Year 2003, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
