Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement with Character Development Systems, LLC Counseling Centers, Inc. to provide consulting and training services in program design and curricula for at risk youth and adults at a cost not to exceed $37,620.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety and the Director of Community Initiatives are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Character Development Systems, LLC  Counseling Centers, Inc.  to provide consulting and training services in program design and curricula for at risk youth and adults with a cost not to exceed Thirty Seven Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($37,620). Such amounts shall be payable from the following:  Fund 2481 Org 210000 Subclass 600 Account 526100 BY 2006.  The Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance.
