Title
Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements in connection with the on-going maintenance, rehabilitation and new construction of City-owned walls, steps and fences; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $700,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, to award, and to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements in connection with the on-going maintenance, rehabilitation and new construction of City-owned walls, steps and fences, at a cost not to exceed $700,000.00 chargeable to the following accounts:
