Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign two warrants to be issued (one in the amount of $269 payable to Robert Rucker, c/o Kelly Scanlon Graham, Esquire, 2300 Lawyers Building, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, and the other in the amount of $62,000, payable to Kelly Scanlon Graham, Esquire, 2300 Lawyers Building, Pittsburgh, PA 15219) in full and final settlement of any and all claims filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, at 2:08-cv-1213 and charge the same code to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 592200, Org. 999200 Budget Year 2011.
