Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 230, effective April 19, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 4; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by changing the line item "Brookline Memorial Park -Football Concession/Storage Building" to read "Brookline Memorial Park -Football Concession/Storage Building District 4 -20%" and decreasing the amount by $19,000 from $35,000 to $16,000. Total of all projects not to exceed $914,538.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 230, as amended, effective April 19, 2000, which currently reads as follows:
The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 4, in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand, Five Hundred Thirty-Eight Dollars ($933,538.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields.
