Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  

The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($14,390.44) to Hollinshead, Mendelson, Bresnahan & Nixon, P.C., 310 Grant Street, Suite 2901, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for professional services rendered in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at GD 06-013452 and charge the same code to 11101.53.53517.108000.2013.
